I got a teeth cleaning and a few weeks later was shocked to get a bill for several hundred dollars...Be aware that they do not check for coverage or call insurance for pre-authorization. I feel like I got tricked. Had I known it wasn't covered, I wouldn't have gotten the treatment! What really makes me sad is that when I called to discuss this, they were unwilling to work with me. I don't expect to get anything for free, but come on there has to be some flexibility given the circumstances.
They value getting a few hundred dollars rather than keeping loyal long-term patients. I'm disappointed and will find another dentist who is transparent about coverage and billing! - Sarah Martin Dr Watts is a true gem — combining the best of a highly-trained dental professional with the kindness and compassion of a real friend.
