Meet Our Staff
Jenn – Scheduling Coordinator
Jenn is usually one of the first faces you see when you walk into our office. She has worked in the dental world for ten years. When she isn’t in the office, Jenn loves going on adventures with her husband and two children. Jenn also enjoys thrift shopping and has a passion for making others smile.
Laurie – Dental Assistant
Laurie has served in dentistry for over thirty years, starting her career as a chairside dental assistant. When not at the best job ever, you’ll find her on her 5.5-acre plot of land doing some sort of project with her husband. She also enjoys reading, gardening, hiking, traveling, and Olympic weightlifting.
Chrystel – Dental Assistant
Chrystel grew up in Florence, Oregon where she started her career as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant in 2005. She moved to Eugene in 2010 to further her dental career. She has been married to her best friend for six years and has two children. She and her family have two Labrador retriever dogs, two miniature donkeys, and two cows on Martell’s mini-farm.
Tahira – Dental Assistant
Tahira was born and raised in the Eugene-Springfield area. She graduated from the Lane Community College Dental Assisting program in 2020. She enjoys that there are always new things to learn in dentistry and getting to know each patient as a unique and different individual. This past year she has enjoyed learning to take care of new animals at home, including, chickens, ducks, and a hamster. She also enjoys singing, drawing, and spending time with her family.
Christa – Dental Hygienist
Christa has been a dental hygienist since 2002 and chose dentistry as a career as it helps emphasize health and education for people. She has worked in a variety of practice settings. When not at work, she enjoys hiking and camping in Oregon’s forests.
Madie – Dental Hygienist
Madie is one of our dental hygienists and a native of Canby, Oregon. She began her career as a dental assistant in 2009 and then went back to school to get her Registered Dental Hygienist degree from Pacific University in 2017. She loves animals and talking about them. She moved to Springfield in 2018 and enjoys working with patients and meeting them wherever they are at in their oral care journey. Whether someone is extremely anxious or loves coming to the dental office, everyone is welcome in her chair.
