Payment & Insurance

At Ardent Care, we understand that dental care costs can be a concern, and provide many payment options and information for our Eugene-Springfield patients. We will always provide you with a written estimate of treatment costs and discuss any treatment alternatives. We will provide you with a general estimate of what your dental benefit plan is likely to cover, and will advocate for you to receive any benefits due to you. We know that dental insurance can be confusing, and will do our best to help you understand your coverage and options.

DENTAL PLANS & DENTAL INSURANCE COVERAGE

If you have any type of dental coverage, congratulations! Any kind of dental benefit is helpful. Dental plans are based on a contract between the insurer and the plan purchaser. All plans have limitations to what they will provide and are not intended to cover the entire cost of dental care, other than the most basic services such as exams, x-rays and preventive cleanings. We will be happy to submit a claim and accept assignment of benefits from any insurance company. We can provide a general estimate of what your dental benefit plan is likely to cover, but you will get the most accurate benefits information if you contact your dental benefits carrier directly.

• We are a participating provider with Moda Premier Plan and Pacific Source.
• We are not an Oregon Health Plan participant. We do support and participate in community dental projects.

We ask for payment of any deductibles and copayments at the time of service and have financing available for care not covered by dental benefit plans.

Payment Plans and Financing Options

For our patients who are interested in payment plans, we offer several no-interest payment options available through CareCredit. We also accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
