If I could give Ardent Care -0- stars I would. I thought I was happy in the beginning, but after tooth scaling that damaged my teeth I am not so happy. I also had accidentally damaged the gums between tooth 7 & 8 when a fork slipped. Dr. Watts only response was "that looks angry". I continued to have problems with that area and she saw it again several months later after I also developed a lesion in that area. Nothing was done. I had to go to my Family Doctor who suggested that I visit with an Oral Surgeon which in turn wanted to do a biopsy immediately. The bottom line is that I was fortunate it was benign, even though this has progressed over a year with no recommendations from Dr. Watts. I should have been referred to an Oral Surgeon as soon as she viewed the lesion. I should NOT have to go to a Family Doctor for a dental referral! - Laurie J - Anna Baki Caters to scaredy cats like me. I chose this practice because i suffer from dental anxiety and hate to ho to the dentist . Dr Watts gives me anti anxiety meds that i take ahead of visits that are more than cleanning and my anxiety is relieved somewhat. After several years as a patient, staff knows me and takes excellent care to help me through appointments and make sure I m comfortable . I'm now back on the road to having healthy teeth and gums because i go regularly knowing my visit will be as comfortable as possible. This is a wonderful group of people doing good work - Chella Gehrett My Family and I have been patients of Dr. Watts for 15 years and we absolutely love her! She is the most amazing dentist and just an overall genuinely caring person. I would recommend her to anyone looking for great dentist that you can trust!
