I called the ardent office and dentist Renee Watts as a new patient as pain was developing along my lower jaw line. I was called to the office that day for an x-ray and diagnosis of a large cavity in my 70 years old mollar requiring removal scheduled within 5 days.
As a nervous patient, everything at this office from staff to equipment met my needs. A truly painless dentist. I do not believe a better can be found im the Eugene/Springfield area.

I made my appointment for cleaning, then discovered the day off that it was just an exam appointment, and I had to come back for cleaning. Second appointment had cleaning but was told they like to let people heal up a bit then finish cleaning in a couple weeks, and tried to set a third appointment (which would have cost even more) instead I explained I didn't have the money for more appointments, and would they please finish my cleaning.
