Really nice staff, very nice facilities, just very expensive. I wanted to get my teeth cleaned and ended up posting nearly 700 for it. I made my appointment for cleaning, then discovered the day off that it was just an exam appointment, and I had to come back for cleaning. Second appointment had cleaning but was told they like to let people heal up a bit then finish cleaning in a couple weeks, and tried to set a third appointment (which would have cost even more) instead I explained I didn't have the money for more appointments, and would they please finish my cleaning. They did, which I appreciated. Not only was each visit expensive, there were more visits than I wanted.

Ardent care is know for their unprofessional ways of handling patients needs. Was extremely disappointed with the level of care and treatment of the patients by the team regarding scheduling and changing patient appointment without consent or their knowledge.
