Dr. Watts and her team of experts do an outstanding job. From my first visit with Dr. Watts when she carefully prioritized my dental needs being careful to space out items that were either expensive or non-urgent, I knew I was going to be able to trust her. Since then she has taken care of my chipped teeth, crowns, fillings, whitening and even a Sunday morning emergency root-canal! I love that she calls to follow up after a big procedure. And, let me be clear about "her team" - they really are a team. These folks have been together for many years (must be happy with the management 🙂 and from the front desk to the hygienists they are all outstanding in customer service and highly skilled professionals. They use technology to stay in touch and make things like scheduling and confirming appointments a breeze. I also love that they provide pain free procedures! I've been a patient for 10 years and am very happy. I give Ardent Care my highest recommendation.

Dentists are like mechanics, the good ones don't need to advertise. Renee Watts doesn't need to advertise. I have pretty severe dental anxiety, but Renee and her staff have been incredibly careful with me and it's made all the difference. I have had a series of fillings and an extraction in her office so far, and I'm surprisingly less afraid of going back to have the rest of my work done. After my extraction, I got a follow-up call from Renee herself to make sure that I was doing okay. Maybe this is normal, but I've never experienced this level of care and attention in a dentist before.
